I am always looking for healthy ways to spice up my breakfast routine. If I have something to look forward to I am that much more determined to eat breakfast every morning, which in turn helps me stay focused and eat right the whole day. This book is great. The recipes are easy to follow, very detailed and easy to make even for a novice breakfast cook such as myself. Plus, they are right for the entire family, so I don't have to cook separate breakfasts anymore.

Some of the recipes are simply delicious and it's great that they are good for you too. I love quinoa and never knew that I could have it for breakfast. The strawberry salsa and cottage cheese scramble are so great on toast. They really made my morning! I highly recommend it for anyone who is health conscious and wants to try new tasty breakfasts.

I love the first chapter that goes into great detail on what superfoods are and then proceeds to list 8 top superfoods and precisely what they do to your body should you decide to include them in your breakfast and or diet.

The 25 Breakfast Recipes provided are also quick and easy to make. A healthy tip is provided with each recipe.

All in all - a very well written and useful book!
Breakfast. For me it's a magical time of the morning. It's a cup of fresh brewed coffee. The morning paper, the clanging of pots and pans as the morning meal is about to begin.

I think people have forgotten what this meal is all about. For me it's about filling my tank for the day.
None of us would even think about starting a long journey in our car without first heading directly to the gas station to fill the car's tank with all the gas it can hold.

And yet today people will get dressed grab a pop tart and run out the door as if they're ready to tackle the world. Wrong!

I love this book. The recipes are made with the most nutritious foods available, yet constructed in a way that makes your mouth water just reading the recipes.

I am eventually going to try every single one of the breakfast recipes contained in this great little book... But the one recipe I have made over and over again is called "Heaven on Toast."

I'm not going to spoil the book for you by telling you what's in that recipe, but I will tell you this "IT'S TO DIE FOR."

If you're into breakfast like I am, or would really like to start-scoop this book up now while it's priced the way it is, you'll be glad you did.
